How to Get Your GMC Truck
Pick the truck model. Will it be the Canyon or a version of the Sierra 3500? To some extent, the Yukon might be considered a truck, but it's not a traditional pickup in body styling and details. The standard Sierra model has eight trim levels. The Sierra HD has almost as many trim levels, while the Canyon has four trim levels.
After you take a few test drives of these various trucks and have selected the one you want, you can apply for a loan through our finance department. Buy the truck outright, or if you prefer to save a lot of money, lease it. Leasing saves thousands over buying while still allowing you the opportunity to drive a new GMC truck for several years.
Different programs are available for buyers and leasers around Albany, NY and Troy, NY. If you have good to excellent credit, you might be able to buy or lease with no money down and a low interest rate on loans. Likewise, your lease may afford you lower monthly payments and no money down. Trading in your current vehicle to buy can help reduce the overall cost of your purchase, but it doesn't have much impact on a lease unless you sell the vehicle and use the money to make your first few lease payments.
Finally, if you decide to lease to own, you can keep your payments low for the terms of your lease. Then, buy the truck when your lease period expires. If you are bringing a leased vehicle back to us and you want to renew a lease with a new GMC truck, we can do that, too.
